About the chef
Trinhy's food truck is named after head chef, Trinh.
Since young, she had been learning recipes & techniques off her mother and grandmother in Vietnam.
In 2007, at 18, Trinh came to study in Australia. However, A university degree was not all she would obtain. During the 5 years she was here, she gained vast experience in the hospitality industry through her work in various bakeries and vietnamese restaurants through out Sydney.
These experiences helped provide the convidence to start up Trinhy's food truck in 2015, expand to Trinhy's restaurant in 2019 & continue the successful growth of the business.
